Fee Schedule
Enter your usual and customary (UCR) fees. They set the pay-as-you-go value of each plan, the savings shown to patients, and the discount behind any member rate.
Margins
Cost assumptions turn plan revenue into contribution per member.
Plan economics per member, per year
Pay-as-you-go value counts included visits plus member-rate visits at your UCR fees. Cost of care applies the 'Cost to deliver included care' % to both. Card processing applies to the plan fee and member-rate revenue. Break-even is the annual plan fee where total member revenue covers care, processing and billing, before any other treatment revenue.

Lifetime value of a member
Members come back more often and accept more treatment. Compare the value of a member to an uninsured patient who pays as they go.
